Health Claims Fact-Check
Short answer: The Fuji’s page lists health claims on detoxification, heart-disease risk, chronic pain, skin, relaxation, and sleep. Mapped claim by claim against cited systematic reviews, most trace to research on sauna or red light in general, not to studies of the Fuji itself, and several use relative percentages from observational data. This doesn’t mean the Fuji is ineffective — it means the evidence supports “sauna/red light generally” more than “this product specifically.”
How to read a health statistic on any product page
A health percentage is only as strong as the study behind it. For each numerical claim, the questions that decide whether it supports this product are the same: what sauna type was studied, at what temperature, observational or randomized, relative or absolute percentage, and — the crux — was this exact product studied (almost never)?

The pattern is consistent: the cited evidence generally supports that sauna bathing and photobiomodulation are associated with benefits in studied populations, but the studies did not test the Fuji, and some headline percentages come from observational data expressed in relative terms.
One phrasing worth flagging: “from the inside out”
Peak, like much infrared marketing, describes infrared heat as warming the body “from the inside out.” This is imprecise. Per the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS), infrared is absorbed by tissue — mainly its water content — and converted to heat at and near the skin: longer far-infrared (IR-B, 1,400–3,000nm; IR-C, 3,000nm–1mm) is absorbed in the epidermis, while near-infrared (IR-A, 780–1,400nm) penetrates deepest, up to about 5 mm, reaching the hypodermis — not the core [BfS]. The body then warms through that surface absorption and circulation; infrared does not bypass the skin to heat you “from the inside.” This doesn’t make infrared saunas ineffective; it is a common marketing simplification.

What the evidence doesn’t show is that this specific product delivers those outcomes, which is a higher bar.
Does infrared heat really warm you from the inside out?
Not literally. Per the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection, infrared is absorbed at and near the skin - far-infrared in the epidermis, near-infrared up to about 5 mm deep - and warms the body through that surface absorption and circulation, not by heating the core directly from within. It is a common marketing phrase rather than a precise description.
Which Fuji health claim has the weakest product-specific support?
Detoxification.
